We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all digital products, subject to the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund:
   • Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
2. Support & Issue Resolution:
   • I am here to help with any technical concerns. Please reach out for assistance before requesting a refund.
3. Download & Usage: Once the product has been accessed or downloaded, the sale is considered final. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis. Please review all product details before accessing it to ensure it meets your needs.

PayPal: Any refunds processed will show back up in your PayPal account balance within 24 business hours.

Credit Card: Any refunds processed via your credit/debit card will show back up in your bank account within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hi@ed.codes.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
